A protester found out the hard way that burning a Mexican flag could be a felony hate crime, while burning an American flag is "free speech," regardless of who does it.

Roy Warden accuses government officials in the area of helping illegal aliens because of the regional economy's demand for cheap labor. He says officials and police conspired with advocates for illegal aliens to shut down his free speech rights to symbolically burn a Mexican flag, and has filed a $10m civil rights lawsuit against the city.
